To contact TVPikoma support, send a WhatsApp message. It is the only contact route we run: there is no phone line, no email address and no ticket system. The team answers around the clock, so a message from Dubai at breakfast or from Vancouver late at night reaches the same people. Add the number below to your phone and you can write whenever a question comes up.
Our WhatsApp number for orders and support
Support hours, languages and response times
Hours: Mon-Sun, 24 hours. That includes weekends, public holidays and festival periods in every country we serve.
Languages: support works in English, with help in other languages where available. Short, simple sentences are always fine.
Replies: most messages are answered within minutes. At very busy moments a reply can take longer, so send setup questions early rather than right before a programme starts.
Activation: once your payment shows as received in the chat, expect the login in under 15 minutes.
Because customers write from many countries, there is no “office hours” to work around. Send your question whenever it suits you, whatever the local time. If you are ordering for a relative in another country, say where they live and which device they use, and we can send the setup steps that match their screen. The worldwide IPTV page explains what is available in each region.
What to put in your first message
Giving the key details at the start saves time for both sides. Depending on your reason for writing, include:
- Placing an order: the plan length and how many screens you need. The buttons on the TVPikoma pricing page fill this in automatically.
- Asking for a trial: the device you plan to watch on. The free trial form takes under a minute.
- Setup trouble: the device, the player app and a photo of the screen or error. The installation guides may already cover it.
- A missing or broken channel: its name, country and language. You can check first on the list of channels by country.
- A refund request: your username and a short note on what went wrong, following the refund rules.
If a channel stops playing, one message with the channel name, the app and whether a lighter copy works helps support see the cause straight away. Never share your login in public groups or comment threads. Keep it inside your private chat with us.
Resellers and copyright owners
Planning to sell subscriptions to your own community? Write “reseller” at the start of your message, or first read about the reseller program. Rights holders should use the steps on our DMCA notice page, so the request reaches the right person.
