Setting up TVPikoma on Roku, one step at a time
Search Roku for a suitable player
Press Home, choose Search and enter IPTV player. Results shift from month to month, and most are not published by the official Smarters team. Read each listing carefully and make sure it takes an Xtream Codes login or a playlist address before you add it to the home screen.
Log in with Xtream details or the M3U link
When a player looks right, launch it and pick its Xtream Codes choice. Enter the server URL first, followed by the username and password from the TVPikoma message. Some of these players only offer a single playlist field, and in that case paste the M3U address from WhatsApp.
Check what your Roku model supports
Open Settings, System, About to see the model name and software version. AirPlay works only on selected 4K-capable Roku devices, and older sticks may offer mirroring alone. Knowing the model tells you whether AirPlay, generic mirroring or an added stick is the most practical choice.
Permit mirroring on the Roku

Prepare favourites on the phone before casting

Open Settings, System, Language to change the words on the menus. A mirrored stream keeps whatever audio language you selected on the phone. If a channel carries several soundtracks, choose the one you want on the phone before casting starts, because the TV cannot switch it.

The Roku does not appear as a mirroring target
Both devices must sit on the same Wi-Fi network, and the mirroring mode must be Prompt or Always allow. Guest networks often hide devices from each other. Restart the phone and the TV, then try again.
Mirrored video freezes regularly
Mirroring moves the stream across Wi-Fi twice, which strains a busy router. Keep the phone on charge and close to the router, lower the channel to HD, and pause big downloads elsewhere in the home while you watch.
The picture stops when the phone locks
Mirroring copies what the phone displays, so the stream ends as soon as the screen sleeps. Extend the auto-lock time in the phone settings for viewing sessions, or move to a streaming stick that plays on the television by itself.
Mirrored sound drifts away from the picture
A short lag between voice and lips is common with mirroring, and it grows when Wi-Fi is congested. Stop and restart the cast, move the phone closer to the router, or send only audio through a soundbar connected to the television. A native player on a stick removes the lag entirely.
AirPlay is missing from the Roku settings
Only some models support AirPlay, and the option also depends on the software version. Update the device under Settings, System, System update. If AirPlay still does not appear, use generic mirroring from Android or Windows, or add a stick for iPhone households.
Win+K does not list the Roku
Windows casting relies on Miracast, and both the computer and the TV must support it and share one network. Update the display driver on the computer and make sure mirroring is allowed on the TV. Some desktop PCs without Wi-Fi hardware cannot cast at all, so an HDMI cable is the fallback.

Why will a Roku TV not accept sideloaded IPTV apps?
Roku OS installs nothing except apps approved for its own store, and unlike Fire OS or Android TV it offers no switch for outside files. Its developer mode is intended for app programmers and is impractical for everyday viewing. That leaves mirroring or an added stick as the realistic path to TVPikoma on Roku.
Is mirroring from a phone good enough for daily IPTV viewing?

Will the Roku remote control a stick plugged into the TV?
Partly. Through HDMI-CEC, the TV remote can usually switch inputs, change volume and sometimes move through menus on a connected stick. For typing and player menus, the remote supplied with the stick works best. Keeping both remotes nearby avoids frustration during the first week.
