How we treat copyright
TVPikoma respects intellectual property rights. Once a valid notice reaches us under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of the United States, or a comparable law in another country, we deal with it promptly and remove or block access to the material it names. The legal requirements are set out by the US Copyright Office.
How to send a notice
We accept notices on WhatsApp at +212 772 096 856. Open your message with DMCA notice, which sends it straight to the person responsible for copyright matters. You may also begin through the form on the contact page, choosing the topic Other and adding a WhatsApp number for our reply.
What a complete notice contains
Identification of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed.
Identification of the material you want taken down and its location, in enough detail for us to find it.
Your full name, postal address, phone number and a contact address for our response.
Your statement of good-faith belief that neither the copyright owner, nor its agent, nor the law has authorised the use.
Your declaration, under penalty of perjury, that everything stated is true and correct, and that you hold the rights or have authority to act on behalf of whoever does.
A physical or electronic signature.
Our response timeline
Within 2 business days of receiving a complete notice we confirm it, and within 5 business days we act on it. If something is missing, we write back asking for the missing details before taking action.
Counter-notices
If you supplied material that was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, send a counter-notice by the same route. Include your identifying details as listed above, and declare under penalty of perjury that the material came down by mistake.
