How to set up TiViMate with TVPikoma
Get TiViMate onto the device
Android TV and Google TV users download TiViMate IPTV Player from Google Play. Fire OS Firestick owners load it through Downloader instead. There is no TiViMate for Apple, Samsung or LG screens, and IPTV Smarters Pro is the recommended player there.
Add TVPikoma through Xtream Codes
Select Add playlist and then Xtream Codes. Enter the server address, username and password from WhatsApp, then press Next. TiViMate contacts the server, confirms the account and reports how many channels, films and series it discovered.
Name the playlist and choose groups
Type TVPikoma as the playlist name and continue. A list of every channel group follows, arranged by country and language. Tick only what your home watches, such as Arabic, Indian or Latin American groups next to local channels. The selection can be changed whenever you like.
Hide and reorder groups later
Go to Settings, Playlists, pick TVPikoma and open Manage groups. Hide anything you never visit and push your own countries to the top. A shorter list scrolls quicker and makes the guide much friendlier for relatives who only want a handful of channels.
Plan automatic guide updates
Under Settings, EPG, set the update interval to twelve hours or once daily. The guide source travels with the Xtream login, so no extra EPG address is needed. A current guide matters most around festivals and holidays, when broadcasters reshuffle their schedules.
Fix the EPG time offset
If programmes appear too early or too late, go to Settings, EPG, EPG sources and select the source. Open Time offset and enter a positive or negative number of hours until the current show lines up. Check the device time zone first, because a wrong system clock is the more frequent cause.
Enable Auto frame rate
Under Settings, Playback, switch on Auto frame rate. TiViMate then asks the television to change refresh rate for each channel, which removes judder on 50 fps programmes. On a Firestick, keep the Fire TV frame-rate setting off so the two features do not fight each other.
Weigh up Premium
Premium is purchased inside the TiViMate Companion app on an Android phone, either yearly or as a lifetime licence. It adds recording, catch-up, multi-view and multiple playlists across as many as five devices on one account. Prices differ by region, so confirm the amount in the Companion app before you pay.
Add a playlist for another family member
With Premium active, go back to Settings, Playlists and choose Add playlist again. Enter the second TVPikoma login and name it after its owner, for example Grandma or Omar. Favourites and hidden groups are stored per playlist, so each person keeps the channels that matter to them.
Replay programmes you missed overnight
With Premium, channels that keep an archive let you move left in the guide to earlier programmes and play them. That rescues a morning bulletin or a weekly serial from home that aired while you slept. How far back you can go depends on the channel, so check the archive length before relying on it.
Tune the buffer for your connection
Under Settings, Playback, the Buffer size option controls how much video TiViMate stores ahead. Medium suits most HD viewing. Choose Large or Very large when 4K channels pause on Wi-Fi, accepting slightly slower channel changes. Pick None only on a fast wired line where instant zapping matters more.
Build a favourites list for daily channels
Highlight a channel in the list, press and hold OK and add it to favourites. TiViMate shows favourites as their own group at the top, which is ideal for the handful of home-country channels a household opens every day. Reorder them so the first evening bulletin sits in the first position.
TiViMate not working? Fixes for the usual problems
The playlist will not load in TiViMate
Make sure the server address finishes with its port number and that the plan is still running. Enter the password by hand, because pasted text occasionally includes a trailing space that the server refuses.
The guide reads No information
Open Settings, EPG and request an update manually, then restart TiViMate. When only a few channels are blank, their broadcasters probably do not publish listings at all.
Multi-view displays a single picture
Multi-view is a Premium feature, and each added window opens its own stream. A 1-device TVPikoma plan carries one stream, so a split screen requires a plan with as many devices as windows.
Add playlist asks you to buy Premium
The free edition of TiViMate stores one playlist. To add a login for another relative, buy Premium through the Companion app or remove the existing playlist first. IPTV Smarters Pro is a no-cost alternative that supports several users.
Guide times jump after a clock change
Countries switch daylight saving on different dates, so an hour of difference can appear for a few weeks. Adjust Time offset under Settings, EPG, EPG sources during that window, then return it to zero once both countries have changed.
A recording is empty or missing
Recordings need free space and a storage location TiViMate can write to. Check the recording folder in the settings, and format a USB drive if the box cannot read it. Also make sure the device stayed switched on, because a box in deep standby cannot record.
Channels pause even on a fast line
Raise Buffer size under Settings, Playback by one step and try again. Turn on hardware decoding if a setting for it is off, and connect by Ethernet. If only one channel pauses while others play well, that particular stream may be under strain, and its HD copy is the quick fix.
The same channel appears twice
Many channels are offered in more than one quality, such as 4K and HD, so both versions are listed. That is deliberate and gives you a backup when a connection slows. Hide the copy you never use, or add your preferred version to favourites.
Premium asks you to sign in again
Premium is linked to your TiViMate account, and a reset or app update can sign the device out. Sign back in with the same account, and remember that one account covers up to five devices. If all five slots are taken, one has to be freed before a new box can use Premium.

TiViMate questions, answered plainly
Is TiViMate a channel subscription or just a player?
Just a player. Buying TiViMate Premium pays for features such as recording and multi-view, never for channels. Programming comes from an IPTV service like TVPikoma, entered under Add playlist. Launch TiViMate with no service connected and you meet an empty guide with nothing to play.
How do I show two channels side by side in TiViMate?
Multi-view does it, and it needs Premium. Begin playing the first channel, open its options and add another channel to the split layout. Each window draws a separate stream, so TVPikoma needs a plan of at least two devices for two pictures, and a bigger plan for three or four.
Where can I buy TiViMate Premium, and what is the price?
Premium is sold in the TiViMate Companion app for Android phones, as an annual plan or a single lifetime payment. Recent listings show roughly 10 to 12 US dollars a year and a lifetime price in the mid-thirties, varying by region. Ignore offers of cheap Premium codes, because such codes are regularly cancelled.
Does the TiViMate account work on all my devices?
One TiViMate Premium account covers up to five devices, and you sign in with it on each. That account is entirely separate from the TVPikoma login. TiViMate unlocks app features, while TVPikoma supplies the channels and applies its own device limit according to your plan.
Can TiViMate record a programme broadcast at night in another country?
Yes, with Premium. Open the guide, highlight the future programme and schedule a recording to the internal storage or a USB drive. That helps when a show from home airs in the middle of your night. On channels that offer an archive, catch-up is another route that needs no storage.
Can I use TiViMate without paying anything?
Yes. The free edition plays live channels, shows the grid guide and loads one playlist, which covers most everyday viewing. Premium is optional and adds recording, catch-up, multi-view and several playlists. The channels themselves always come from a service such as TVPikoma, which is a separate subscription.
Does TiViMate run on Android phones and tablets?
TiViMate is designed for TV screens and remotes, so it is not intended for phones. The phone app you see from the same developer is the Companion app, used for buying and managing Premium. On a phone or tablet, IPTV Smarters Pro is the better player, and it signs in with the same TVPikoma details.
Is TiViMate on Google Play, or only as a download?
TiViMate IPTV Player is listed on Google Play for Android TV and Google TV, which is the safest source. Fire OS sticks lack Google Play, so owners load it through Downloader. Avoid modified copies promising free Premium, because they can carry malware and stop working after updates.
How do I move TiViMate Premium to a new box?
Install TiViMate on the new box, open the Premium section in its settings and sign in with the TiViMate account you used for the purchase. If the account already covers five devices, free a slot first. Then add your TVPikoma playlist again, since playlists are stored on each device.
