How to set up IPTV Smarters Pro with TVPikoma
Find the edition for your screen
Android TV and Android phones install from Google Play. Fire OS sticks need the Downloader method in the Firestick guide. Samsung and LG owners search the store inside the television. On iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, the Apple edition is Smarters Player Lite from WHMCS SMARTERS. Computers use installers from the official site.
Select Login with Xtream Codes API
Agree to the terms when the app first opens, then pick the Xtream Codes route. Skip the M3U option unless TVPikoma support recommends it for your device. The Xtream route brings catch-up, separate film and series areas and a richer programme guide.
Create your TVPikoma user
Type any profile name, then the server URL including http:// and the port, followed by the username and password from WhatsApp. Choose Add User and wait while the dashboard builds. Its large tiles lead to Live TV, Movies, Series and Catch Up.
Pull in the programme guide
Channels, films, series and guide data download at the first login. When Live TV shows channel names but no programme titles, open Settings, find the EPG update option and run it. Large guides covering many countries can need a few minutes to finish.
Fit the guide to your time zone
In Settings, choose EPG Timeshift and step the value up or down in whole hours until the listed programme matches the picture. The same menu contains Time Format, which toggles between 12 and 24 hour clocks, handy for relatives raised with a different convention.
Sort countries and lock unused groups
Live TV presents categories organised by country and language. Press and hold a channel to place it in Favourites. To clear away groups nobody opens, go to Settings, Parental Control, set a PIN and lock those categories. They stay out of the lists until you unlock them.
Give another family member a separate user
From the dashboard, open the list of users and add a new one. Enter the second set of TVPikoma details and name the profile after its owner. Every user keeps separate favourites, so a parent following home serials and a child watching cartoons in another language never disturb the other list.
Choose decoding for steady playback
Go to Settings, Player Settings, stay with the built-in player and select hardware decoding. When a single channel stutters, change just that channel to software decoding through the menu shown during playback, instead of altering the setting for the entire app.
Try Catch Up and Multi-Screen
On channels that support Catch Up, you can replay a bulletin that aired while you slept in another time zone. Android builds that include Multi-Screen show several channels together in a grid. Remember that each tile uses one stream from your plan allowance.
Switch the stream format if channels buffer
Smarters can request streams in two formats. Open Settings, choose Stream Format and try MPEGTS or HLS, whichever is not selected now. MPEGTS is the common default, while HLS sometimes copes better with unsteady Wi-Fi. Test a busy channel for a few minutes after each change before deciding which one to keep.
Carry your channels when you travel
Install the phone edition of Smarters before a trip and log in with the same details. Abroad, hotel Wi-Fi or mobile data is enough for HD. Watch the device limit: if someone at home is streaming on a 1-device plan, starting the phone ends their stream, so agree on viewing times or choose a plan with more devices.
Restore everything after a reinstall
Removing the app deletes users, favourites and locks stored on that device. After reinstalling, add your TVPikoma user again with the same three details, then rebuild favourites and Parental Control locks. Channels, films and plan dates are held on the server, so nothing about the subscription itself is lost.
IPTV Smarters Pro not working? Fixes for the usual problems
Account expired appears on screen
The end date of your plan has arrived. Renew through WhatsApp and the existing username and password come back to life within minutes. TVPikoma plans never renew automatically, so nothing is charged without your say.
No channels appear after logging in
Refresh from the dashboard, or log out and in again. A list that stays empty nearly always points to a faulty server URL, and the port number at the end is the usual culprit.
Smarters shuts itself on a Firestick
Open Fire TV Settings, Applications, Manage Installed Applications, select IPTV Smarters Pro and choose Clear cache. Start the app again. If it keeps closing, install the newest build from the link support provides.
EPG Timeshift seems to do nothing
The new value takes effect once the guide reloads. Change it, return to Settings, update the EPG and reopen Live TV. When every channel is out by the same amount, correct the device clock and zone instead, which fixes all apps at once.
Locked categories still show
Categories disappear only while Parental Control is active. Confirm a PIN exists and that the category selection was saved. Switching to another user loads that profile and its own settings, which may lack the same locks.
Films play, but live channels do not
Films and live TV travel differently. Open Settings, Stream Format and try the other option, then restart the live channel. Check that no other screen is using your stream allowance. If live TV still refuses to start on every channel, send support a screenshot on WhatsApp.
Channels buffer during busy evenings
Congested home Wi-Fi is the most frequent cause. Move the router closer or use Ethernet, switch the stream format, and choose HD instead of 4K for that evening. Restarting the router once a week also clears many slow-down problems.
The TV edition offers fewer settings
Smarters builds for Samsung, LG and Apple are lighter than the Android edition, and some options, such as Multi-Screen or Stream Format, may be missing. That is normal. Your TVPikoma login works the same, and the device clock controls guide times where a timeshift option is absent.
The guide shows listings from another channel
Guide entries match channels through identifiers in the service data. If one channel shows the schedule of another, refresh the EPG from Settings. When the mismatch remains, tell support the channel name and group, so the guide mapping can be corrected on the server.
A PIN prompt appears that nobody set
Parental Control may have been enabled by another member of the household, or a default PIN may apply on some builds. Ask at home first. If nobody knows it, removing and reinstalling the app clears local settings, after which you add the TVPikoma user again.

IPTV Smarters Pro questions, answered plainly
Does IPTV Smarters Pro include any channels on its own?
No. IPTV Smarters Pro is purely a player, much like a DVD player sitting empty. Programming arrives when you log in with Xtream Codes details from a paid service. With TVPikoma, those details unlock 25,000+ live channels from 60+ countries plus 120,000+ films and series in 4K, FHD and HD.
How do IPTV Smarters Pro and Smarters Player Lite differ?
Smarters Player Lite is the slimmer edition made by the same company, WHMCS Smarters, and it is the version Apple lists in the App Store. IPTV Smarters Pro is the complete edition for Android, Fire OS and computers. Each accepts Xtream Codes logins and each plays TVPikoma, so install whichever appears on your device.
Should I choose TiViMate or IPTV Smarters Pro?
TiViMate offers the faster grid guide, and its Premium tier adds recording and multi-view. IPTV Smarters Pro costs nothing, reaches many more devices and makes separate family users easy. Plenty of homes run Smarters on phones and smart TVs with TiViMate on the main Android box, all under one TVPikoma plan sized for enough devices.
Is an IPTV Smarters Pro subscription something I need to buy?
Not from Smarters itself. The player is a free download and sells no channels. What you need is a subscription to an IPTV service, such as a TVPikoma plan, which provides the login. Be wary of websites selling a Smarters subscription, since they are really reselling an unnamed service behind the app name.
Why do channel names appear in different scripts in Smarters?
Channel names, film titles and guide entries arrive exactly as each broadcaster publishes them, so Arabic, Hindi, Greek or Cyrillic text appears in its original script. The player menus are separate and follow the language setting on your device where a translation exists. Changing that setting never renames the channels themselves.
Is IPTV Smarters Pro safe to install?
The official player is safe when it comes from Google Play, the Apple App Store, the Samsung or LG stores, or the IPTV Smarters website. Risk comes from modified copies on unknown download sites, which can carry adware. On a Firestick, only use the link TVPikoma support sends, and remove the installer file after setup.
How many devices can use one Smarters login?
Smarters itself sets no device limit, because it is only the player. The limit comes from your TVPikoma plan, which allows 1, 2, 3 or 5 screens to stream at the same moment. You may install Smarters on more devices than that, as long as only the permitted number play together.
What should I do when moving Smarters to a new phone or TV?
Install the player on the new device and sign in with your existing TVPikoma details. There is nothing to transfer, since the account lives on the server. Favourites and locks are stored per device, so set them up again. Remove the login from the old device if it will be sold or given away.
Can IPTV Smarters Pro open an M3U link instead of Xtream details?
Yes. On the first screen, choose the M3U option, enter a name and paste your TVPikoma playlist link. Channels load in the same way, though the Xtream route usually gives a fuller guide and separate film and series sections. Use M3U only when support suggests it for your device.
